Once again?, I’m trying to explain there were two items missing from my order. I have sent multiple emails. I have not received a response.

I am not sure what's going on with our communication. I have emailed you back twice and haven't heard back from you on how you would like to proceed. This is a copy of the text from the last email I sent in response to your review
I am so sorry your order did not arrive properly to you! I just went back and thoroughly checked our emails and I do not see any emails from you...I will look into that on our end and make sure our website is delivering them to us. I am happy to send you your missing items and will gladly do that today. I am not sure what happened...I do have someone helping me with orders this summer so it may have just been a packaging error. Let me know if you would like me to go ahead and send the missing items.
Please let me know if you would like me to go ahead and send the missing items out or if we need to issue a refund for those items. If I don't hear back I am going to just assume you still want the items and send them out to you.

This is the second time purchasing this item . It is well made and probably the best by far on ETSY but not being able to personalize it was a disappointment .
